Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
Orders totaling $99 or more ship free via standard ground within the continental United States. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no promo code needed.
Standard Shipping
Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $7.95 via USPS or UPS Ground. Most in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM MST ship the same business day. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Call or email us right after placing your order and we'll quote UPS 2-Day or Next-Day Air based on package weight and destination. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM MST for same-day processing.
Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPO
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses. Standard shipping rates may be higher and delivery times longer for these destinations. Contact us for a shipping estimate if needed.
Oversized Items
Some items — roll cages, large bumpers, bed racks — ship via freight carrier due to size or weight. Snow plows and track kits may ship this way too. If your order needs freight, we'll contact you before it ships to confirm any extra charge and arrange a delivery appointment.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Opened but uninspected items are eligible — we just need everything back in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@utv-partssupply.com or call (555) 123-4567 with your order number. We'll issue a return authorization and provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error. Customer-initiated returns (changed mind, ordered wrong part) are subject to return shipping at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different part, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original. This gets the right part to you as fast as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or a part is defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement and arrange a return pickup for the damaged item at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical components that have been installed, opened exhaust systems, and custom/special-order items cannot be returned. These exceptions are noted on the product page.
